Sunday – a swim

Just a recovery swim. I am blogging about it because I tested the Polar OH1 in the pool and it worked really well. Here is the workout it recorded, on TrainingPeaks:

So finally I know how hard I am working while swimming. 120 to 130 beats per minute. I didn’t swim really hard today, but still it is a bit lower than I expected. Good to know. Swimming is a light workout.
